Therapy & Counselling

Specialist psychotherapy and counselling for fertility and reproductive experiences

Georga is a psychotherapist with a specialist practice focused on fertility, reproductive experiences and the emotional impact of the decisions and experiences that can shape the path to parenthood.

She works with individuals and couples navigating trying to conceive, fertility treatment, loss, uncertainty and complex decisions, as well as the wider emotional experiences that can affect how we relate to ourselves, our relationships and the future.

Her work includes individual therapy, couples counselling, implications counselling and group support, with each shaped around the needs of those she works with.

Individual Therapy

A space that moves at your pace

People come to individual therapy for many reasons: trying to conceive, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, reproductive grief, anxiety, relational patterns, emotional numbness, earlier trauma or the emotional strain of a difficult period in life.

Sessions move at a pace that feels right for you, and the work is shaped by what you bring.

Together, we explore the feelings, experiences and patterns that may be influencing how you are coping now, creating greater space, clarity and understanding around what you are going through.

You do not need to know how to begin. Simply arriving as you are is enough.

Couples Counselling

Finding a steadier way forward, together

Fertility and reproductive experiences can place pressure on a relationship in ways that are difficult to name. Partners may cope differently, grieve differently and experience strain at different points, which can lead to distance, frustration or silence where there used to be ease.

Georga works with couples navigating trying to conceive, fertility treatment, infertility, loss, donor conception, difficult decisions, communication difficulties or uncertainty about what comes next.

Counselling offers a space to speak openly, understand what is happening between you and find a steadier way forward together.

Implications Counselling

A space to make informed decisions about the path ahead

Decisions about donor conception, surrogacy, solo parenthood and becoming a donor can involve questions that extend beyond the decision itself.

Implications counselling offers a specialist space to consider the emotional, psychological, relational and future implications of the options available to you, so that you can make informed decisions that feel right for you.

Available for private clients booking directly, and for patients referred by fertility clinics.

Group Support

You are not alone in this

Georga offers small, carefully held groups where people can speak honestly, feel supported and hear from others who are also experiencing fertility and reproductive challenges.

These groups are open to anyone who wants to feel more connected and less alone. There is no pressure to share. You can simply come as you are.
