Individual Therapy

Women and men come to individual therapy for many reasons: fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, reproductive decisions, anxiety, relational patterns, emotional numbness or the collapse that often happens under prolonged strain. Sessions move at a pace that feels right for you, and the work is shaped by what you bring.

Together, we look at the feelings, histories and patterns that are influencing how you’re coping now, and gradually create more space, clarity and understanding around them. You don’t need to know how to begin, simply arriving as you are is enough.

Couples Counselling

Fertility challenges can place pressure on a relationship in ways that are difficult to name. Partners often cope differently, grieve differently and feel strain at different points. This can lead to distance, frustration or silence where there used to be ease. Georga works with couples navigating fertility treatment, loss, donor decisions, communication difficulties or uncertainty about next steps. Couples Counselling offers a place to speak openly, understand what is happening between you, and find a steadier way forward together.

Further details are available through Fertility Counselling.

Group Support

Georga offers small, carefully held groups where people can speak honestly, feel supported, and hear from others who are also experiencing fertility challenges. These groups are for those navigating fertility struggles and are open to anyone who wants to feel more connected, and less alone. There’s no pressure to share, just come as you are.

More details are available through Fertility Counselling, where you’ll find carefully held spaces for shared experience and emotional reflection.
