Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy & Counselling | Trauma & Fertility Counselling Specialist
Georga supports both women and men going through experiences that are often hard or overwhelming to talk about – fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, reproductive decisions, trauma from earlier life, anxiety, overwhelm, or just a feeling of being lost or emotionally disconnected. Therapy is a space to slow down and come back to yourself. To make space for what’s been held in, shut down, or pushed through.
Sessions focus on understanding the root of emotional struggle and gently rebuilding a deeper connection to self, body, and others. This work is grounded, and led by what you need. You don’t have to know how to start, just bring yourself.
Couples Therapy
Fertility Counselling for Couples | IVF, Infertility, Loss, Grief
Georga works with couples navigating fertility challenges, including the emotional impact of fertility treatment (including IVF), loss, decision-making, and disconnection.
Details are found on her Fertility Counselling platform, where you’ll find more information about sessions and support available.
Group Support
Support Groups for those struggling with Fertility Challenges.
Georga offers small, carefully held groups where people can speak honestly, feel supported, and hear from others who are also experiencing fertility challenges. These groups are for those navigating fertility struggles and are open to anyone who wants to feel more connected, and less alone. There’s no pressure to share, just come as you are.
Group Support details are offered through Fertility Counselling, where you’ll find carefully held spaces for shared experience and emotional reflection.
Writing & Speaking
Saying the things that often go unsaid.
Outside the therapy room, Georga writes and speaks about the emotional impact of modern life, from fertility and trauma to how we relate, disconnect, and survive. Her voice is honest, thoughtful, and grounded in truth. You can find her longer-form pieces on Substack.
